Dessert Table
Over the past year, the trend has leaned toward a smaller cut cake paired with a dessert table for guests. Opting for delivery and setup is highly recommended, allowing the bakers to design a stunning display. To enhance the look of your dessert table, consider using varying tier heights, along with a mix of trays and flat surfaces.

Liv's Suggestions
Planning your special day can be stressful, especially when deciding how many desserts to serve each guest. With experience working with hundreds of brides, Liv offers helpful suggestions on the most popular quantities and sweet treats for different guest counts.
Guest count 30-70:
For a smaller group, it’s best to keep things simple, but if you opt for a dessert table, plan enough so each guest can enjoy two treats. If you go with a tiered cake, choose a serving size slightly above your guest count to ensure everyone gets a slice.
Here are two options -
A small cut cake (either a 6" round cake or a Heart Cake) with a small dessert table. For example, 3 dozen cupcakes, 4 dozen mini cookies, and 2 dozen macarons.
or
A 2-tiered cake that serves approximately 80 servings. Keep in mind - do you want to keep a slice or the whole top tier for your anniversary?
Guest count 50-120:
Here are three options:
A normal sized 8" cake (round or larger heart cake), perfect for sharing with your bridal party, and a dessert table. For example, 4 dozen cupcakes, 2 dozen chocolate covered strawberries, 4 dozen macarons, 4 dozen mini cookies.
or
A smaller 2-tiered cake serving approximately 60, and a smaller dessert table. For example, 2 dozen cupcakes, 2 dozen mini cookies, 2 dozen macarons.
or
Focus only on the showstopping cake - 3-tiered cake serving approximately 130. Keep in mind - do you want to keep a slice or the whole top tier for your anniversary?
Guest count 100-150:
With a larger group, you’ve got plenty of options! Just make sure the dessert table is big enough to hold everything. Multi-height tiers and cake stands are great for showing off your sweets. If you go for a big tiered cake, keep in mind they can be heavy, so make sure the table is sturdy.

Guest count: 150-200:
The largest group, the most opportunities for an array of desserts!
Here are two options:
If you’re a bride looking to stand out and impress your guests while keeping things simple and classic, our Table Cakes are a perfect choice. They’re long, elegant, and completely customizable. All you need is a sturdy, spacious table. Due to their length and delicate design, they’re set up on-site rather than transported pre-decorated. Starting at 3 feet, they can be made as long as you’d like!
or
Keep the cake smaller with a single cut cake or smaller tiered cake, with a huge dessert table! Choose enough dessert options to serve 12+ over your original guest count.
