Our Policies

By making a purchase or placing an order with us, whether in-person, over the phone, or via email,  you agree to be bound by our Store Policies. It is the responsibility of you (the customer) to review our policies as they relate to your purchase or special order.

Changes & Cancellations

Changes and cancellations to all orders are accepted until three (3) days prior to scheduled pick up or delivery time. Changes and cancellations are limited and may not be accommodated within a 3-day notice.  Changes or cancellations to orders containing specific decorations or custom toppers may result in loss of percentage. If an order needs to be rushed for earlier pickup, without a 3-day notice, there will be a rush order fee of an additional $60.

Returns & Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges. We are not responsible for damaged products. We will always confirm and ask to make sure that everything is correct such as the design, spelling, etc. Refunds requested due to decorating style, writing, color shade, or general design will not be honored after confirming your order. Please refer to our design styles on our website and social media accounts before ordering. Once you pickup your order, the order is no longer our responsibility. If you try one of our products and just don't care for it, then we hope you try something different next time! However, a refund will not be given.
