Our Policies

By making a purchase or placing an order with us, whether in-person, over the phone, or via email,  you agree to be bound by our Store Policies. It is the responsibility of you (the customer) to review our policies as they relate to your purchase or special order.

Changes & Cancellations

You can make changes or cancel any order up to three days before the scheduled pickup or delivery. We may not be able to accommodate requests made with less than three days’ notice, and changes to orders with special decorations or custom toppers might result in a partial loss. 

 

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges. We are not responsible for any damaged products. Before completing your order, we will confirm all details like design, spelling, and more to ensure accuracy. Refunds for issues related to style, writing, color, or design will not be accepted after confirmation. Please review our design styles on our website and social media before ordering. Once you pick up your order, it is no longer our responsibility. If you try a product and it’s not to your taste, we hope you’ll explore something different next time, but refunds will not be provided.

Last-Minute Orders

All custom orders must be placed at least one week before pickup. Orders submitted after that will incur a 30% rush fee on the total amount. For orders needed within 24 hours, if we can fit them into our schedule, a 40% rush fee will apply to the total amount.
