We typically recommend booking your custom cake 1-3 months ahead of time due to high demand. Wedding orders we recommend to book 3-6 months in advance to guarantee your date.

Cakes can only be picked up during business hours, and all preorders need to be placed online or through email. Since Liv handles all cake orders, it's unlikely she can take any in person at the shop. However, the staff at the shop are happy to guide you through the process and discuss your options.

Because of the high demand for our cakes, your order will only be confirmed once payment is made. Custom cakes require a 50% deposit, while all other celebration/heart cakes need to be paid in full upfront. We accept all major credit cards, cash, or checks.

We love crafting unique cakes, so if you share a picture of a cake, we won’t recreate it exactly. Instead, we’ll design something similar, capturing the colors, style, and details you love most. Please note, we don’t use fondant to cover our cakes or include any licensed characters (like Disney, Starbucks, Harry Potter, etc.) in our designs.

Before submitting your custom cake form, be sure to check out our Celebration Cakes (different tab) to see if any of those designs fit your needs. There are also more sizes available in those set styles unlike custom cakes.

All custom orders must be placed at least one week before pickup, if we have availablilty. Orders submitted after that will incur a 30% rush fee on the total amount. For orders needed within 24 hours, if we can fit them into our schedule, a 40% rush fee will apply to the total amount.
