We usually have cakes booked 1-3 months in advance. We've been able to accommodate so many more cakes than we use to, so we don't close dates unless it's a holiday week.
We kindly ask that if you're wanting a very detailed and specific custom cake, please book it at least a week in advance so our decorators can plan accordingly and give plenty of time in the schedule for your cake. 

Cake pickups must be during business hours. All cake preorders must be done online or through email. Liv is the only one who accepts all cake orders, so it's very unlikely she's able to accept orders in person at the shop. The girls at the shop are more than happy to talk you through the process and can chat about your options.

Due to high demand on our cakes, your cake order is not official until payment is made. Our custom cakes require a 50% deposit and all other cakes require full-payment upfront. We can accept all major credit cards, cash, or check. 

We love to create unique cakes, so if you send us a picture of a cake, we will not 100% recreate it. Instead, we can do something very similar to the colors, style, and certain aspects you particularly like about the cake. Keep in mind, we never wrap our cakes in fondant or use any licensed characters on our cakes (Disney, Starbucks, Harry Potter, etc.)
