We typically book cakes 1-3 months ahead of time. We've been able to take on more orders than before, so we only close dates during holiday weeks. If you're looking for a highly detailed and custom cake, please book at least a week in advance to ensure our decorators have enough time to plan and schedule your order.

Cakes can only be picked up during business hours, and all preorders need to be placed online or through email. Since Liv handles all cake orders, it's unlikely she can take any in person at the shop. However, the staff at the shop are happy to guide you through the process and discuss your options.

Because of the high demand for our cakes, your order will only be confirmed once payment is made. Custom cakes require a 50% deposit, while all other celebration/heart cakes need to be paid in full upfront. We accept all major credit cards, cash, or checks.

We love crafting unique cakes, so if you share a picture of a cake, we won’t recreate it exactly. Instead, we’ll design something similar, capturing the colors, style, and details you love most. Please note, we don’t use fondant to cover our cakes or include any licensed characters (like Disney, Starbucks, Harry Potter, etc.) in our designs.
