Mount Airy Location

We’re looking for an energetic, dependable Front-Line Associate to join our team at our Mount Airy location! If you enjoy working with people, being around desserts all day, and being part of a supportive team, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

Provide friendly & attentive customer service throughout the day
Prepare a few of our signature drinks (we’ll train you!)
Complete daily assigned chores and tasks
Work independently or alongside teammates as needed
Stay organized and multitask during busy periods
Control the Mount Airy location Instagram page
Take calls and orders from the retail case
Be knowledgeable about the desserts in the case

What We’re Looking For:

Ability to stay on your feet for most of the shift
18+ years old
Saturday availability
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
Comfortable working alone or in a team environment
Strong multitasking skills
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Hours:

16-20 for part-time position
30-34 for full-time position
Hours may increase during holidays and busier event weeks
